Welcome to the Patriot Guard, Established on 24 July, 2005 in Mulvane, KS By The American Legion Rider Post 136.
This website is for the gathering and distribution of pertinent information regarding the PATRIOT GUARD Mission and American Legion Riders, 5th District WA.. Including Mission Announcement Information, Procedures, and Completed Mission Reports.
This web site and the group(s) associated with it is not a protest, counter-protest or political group. Our mission objective is to provide a FINAL SALUTE at the Fallen Hero's funeral services as invited guests.
The Patriot Guard mission is to stand guard at funerals of America's Fallen Heroes who are killed in action or are casualties of the current wars on terrorism in Afghanistan, Iraq, or any war zone. We also offer this support to law enforcement and firefighters who are killed in the line of duty. We shield them from protesters, showing our deepest respect and honoring the Fallen Heroes, their families, and their communities. We are invited guests of the family.
You do not need to ride a motorcycle or be a Military Veteran to support the Patriot Guard Mission.

Our mission is simple and pure - to Honor Heroes and support their Families.
The Patriot Guard is a “Mission” not a Veterans Service Organization, club, or military unit.
There are no chapters, meetings, or social events.
The Patriot Guard is not a business and does not sell merchandise or have a merchandise store.
We post mission information on this website and email notifications to our members.
We gather as Patriots, we stand guard for the family as PATRIOT GUARD; we leave as Patriots united not in name, but in action and Honor.
We will never forget our purpose in this endeavor of Honor and love to our Heroes and their families. The love and camaraderie of all involved Patriots (Patriots All) will never ebb.
